Kids Lyra 1

Description

Yes, we offer lyra for kids! Lyra is also called “hoop” or “aerial hoop.” It is a stainless steel hoop hung at various heights from the ceiling (depending on the skills we’re working on.) Our Level 1 Lyra focuses on skills inside the hoop. We will also explore poses and skills on the top and bottom of the hoop. All students are required to use crash mats for all classes and all apparatuses. We recommend leggings and shirts that cover midriff and armpits for lyra classes.

When: Tuesdays 4:30pm

Prerequisites: Children must be at least 8 years of age and must have completed at least one beginner session of aerial hammock before enrolling in lyra.

Pricing: 

• $40 registration fee (paid upon signup)
• $100/month paid via autopay on the 1st of the month (Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec)
• 10% off additional series classes for the same student.
