Kids Hammock 1

Description

If your child is new to aerial, this is where you want to start. Aerial hammock is the foundation for all of our aerial classes. We teach skills that transfer to each apparatus. We also teach this class in our low room to make sure students have the proper conditioning and strength before going way up in the air.  All students are required to use crash mats for all classes and all apparatuses. We recommend leggings and a t-shirt/tank top for hammock classes.

When: Thursdays 6:30pm

Prerequisites: Children must be at least 8 years of age. Open to beginners! No prior experience needed.

Pricing: 

• $40 registration fee (paid upon signup)
• $100/month paid via autopay on the 1st of the month (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr)
• 10% off additional series classes for the same student.
